Certified Organic (Southern Cross Certified 20146), 100% grass fed & finished marrow bones.

Meat packs are supplied frozen. After processing by our butcher all meat is snap frozen to maintain quality.

Freezing also significantly reduces histamines in food which is essential for anyone with a histamine intolerance.

*please note that on ordering your individual packs may be slightly heavier or lighter than the average weight listed. We do our best to get the weights as close to the average as possible and when not possible choose packs that have an overall weight in your favour.

HOW TO COOK

  • Roasting at a high temperature  (200C) browns bones quickly (about 20 mins) without melting too much marrow.
  • Toasted bread is the perfect vessel for serving warm marrow, while a bright herb salad and pickled mustard seeds cuts through the fatty goodness to balance the dish.
